Cliff Crown International Capital Advisory is a capital raising and corporate advisory firm. We assist established businesses in identifying and approaching sources of debt and equity capital, and in structuring and progressing those transactions to a close.
We are not a bank, a non-banking financial company, or a lender. We do not provide loans, and we do not lend our own capital. We are not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or portfolio manager, and we do not manage money on behalf of clients.
